ICTFC Club News

The Manager, John Robertson:

“We’re looking forward to it. We spoke to the players at the start about our target and it was to go to Tynecastle needing something to qualify from the group.

“It’s a tough group and Hearts are favourites. But we knew we’d probably need to get something from Tynecastle on the last day. Credit to us we go there with a three-point advantage but we have to do the business. With each performance, we have improved and we now want to finish strongly at Tynecastle.”

Team News

Sean Welsh still suspended. Cammy Mackay returns to training but unavailable.

The Opposition

Hearts have brought in 13 new signings this summer with Hearts boss Craig Levein looking to refresh his squad for the upcoming season. Hearts have beaten Cove Rangers and Cowdenbeath, and won the penalty shoot-out for a bonus point against Raith Rovers. Hearts, though, have had two points deducted for fielding an illegible player against Cove Rangers.
