Take 2 : Inverness CT host Brechin City, in the Ladbrokes Championship, looking to get back on track following a disappointing and frustrating result against St Mirren at the weekend.

Tuesday 28th November - 7:45pm

Referee : Craig Charleston
Assistants : Ralph Gordon & Liam Butler

THE MANAGER : John Robertson

Manager John Robertson had the following to say following Saturday's match: "I've said to the players that they need to keep their heads held high. They've done absolutely nothing wrong today. Other than come up against a goalkeeper who's had an inspired first half and been a wee bit unfortunate we've not got we deserved from the game."

“We've got to put that [game] in the past now, forget about it and move on to Tuesday night. Hopefully we get three points there against Brechin and then we can move forward to Queen of the South next week."

Former ICTFC player Darren Dods’s side have struggled so far upon their promotion to the Championship, with them picking up just three points from their opening 13 matches.

One of those points came against Dundee Utd at the weekend, managing to secure a 1-1 draw after going into the break a goal down.

The second time in as many matches where they needed a second half recovery, having also come from behind the week before to knock Buckie Thistle out of the Scottish Cup.  Two goals from Isaac Layne in the second half swinging the tie in City’s favour as they ran out 3-2 winners.

Brad Mckay returns from suspension.

Head to Head :  ICTFC Wins : 9 - Draws : 3 - Brechin City Wins : 3

ICTFC ran out 4-0 winners at Glebe Park, back in August as they secured their first league win of the season.

Goals from Liam Polworth and Brad Mckay had ICTFC ahead in the first half, with Alex Cooper and Iain Vigurs further adding the scoresheet in the second half in a comfortable afternoon for the Caley Jags.
