Following on from the Chairman's announcement regarding a reduction in season ticket prices, the following refund information has been updated for those who had already renewed their season ticket before Tuesday 13th June.
- If you bought a season ticket(s) with a credit or debit card - although we had planned an automatic refund, this has been stymied by a technical/security issue. We now need to contact you to get the expiry date from the card you used before we can issue the refund. We have a list of those impacted and we are working through it now. You should get a call from us in the next few days. Apologies for this delay.
- If you purchased via Zebra Finance - they should have contacted you directly to organise the change to the funded amounts.
- If you paid in cash, cheque or voucher and you still haven't got your refund, come down to the ticket office and staff will process the refund.
The ticket office is open Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pm up until the renewal deadline of Saturday 1st July.
