TICKETS

Q: When will my tickets be sent out?

A: If tickets were purchased via www.ictcc.co.uk your tickets would have been sent out within 15 mins of booking and sent to your email address.  Confirmations come from our ticketing email which is tickets@ictfc.co.uk.  The ticket itself is attached as a pdf to the booking confirmation.  There is also an option on your booking confirmation to add to your digital wallet.

Q: If I have bought tickets from a ticketing agency or website where do I collect my tickets if not yet received?

A: If your ticketing agent has asked you to collect at the Box Office it will be located to the front of the stadium and open for collection of tickets from Thursday 10am-5pm and on concert days from 10am onwards. Tickets collection is not from Stadium reception or shop.

Q:  Where can I buy tickets?

A:  Tickets available online from www.ictcc.co.uk from the Caledonian Stadium 

The last remaining General & VIP Tickets are available to purchase now.

Q:  How much are tickets to purchase?

Q: I have lost my ticket, what can I do?

A: Please keep your tickets safe. Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and not replaceable.

ACCESSIBILITY & TRANSPORT

Q:  Where can I purchase accessibility platform tickets?

A:  Accessibility Ticket Line 0800 640 5001. Please note that availability is now very limited. 

Q: If I have a disable platform ticket how do I access the stadium?

A:  One car parking space per party will be made available in the North Car Park via the North Entry point. This access is steward controlled. You will need to provide your ticket and or booking confirmation to gain entry.  Please enter from Henderson Road at the former Courier building and the BEAR Scotland depot

Q: If I have mobility issues, where is the closest drop- off point

A: We recommend you use the shuttle bus service as they will be dropping off closer to the South End of the Stadium where general admission ticket entry is.

Q: I am travelling to the concert in a taxi or private car. Where can I get dropped off?

A: Taxis and private vehicles will be required to use the pickup and drop-off area on Henderson Road from the former Courier building along to the BEAR Scotland depot. 

The drop off/pick up will operate in one direction only, with vehicles arriving via Cromwell Road and Longman Drive and then departing via Henderson Drive and Henderson Road to Longman Road and will be steward controlled. There is no car drop off to the South of the stadium.

For safety reason, you can only embark/disembark from/onto suitable pavements and not onto roads or areas of heavy traffic flow. Stewards will be on hand to assist you.

𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐒𝐇𝐔𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 𝐁𝐔𝐒

A disability shuttle bus will be available from the drop off point at Longman Road to the North Car Park of The Caledonian Stadium on both Friday 1st July for the Andrea Bocelli concert, and the following day when Duran Duran visit The Capital of the Highlands.

Stewards will also be on hand to help those who need additional assistance. This service is designed for people who may otherwise struggle with the few minutes’ walk and will be available from 5pm – 7pm. We would advise all guests requiring this service to arrive as early as possible.

Guests of the concert who wish to use this service should email john.brown@ictfc.co.uk no later than 12pm on Friday 1st July and a voucher will be sent to you.

Please note this shuttle is not suitable for wheelchair users who should use the Shuttle Bus from the town centre, provided by D&E Coaches.

Q: Where are the concerts taking place?

A: The Inverness Caledonian Stadium, Stadium Road, Inverness, IV1 1FF

Q: Is there parking available?

A: There is no Parking available at the Caledonian Stadium. 

Stadium Road will be closed from 10am on Friday 1st July until 8am on Sunday 3rd July.

Q: How do I get to the stadium?

A: Shuttle Bus are available from the Inverness Bus Station for both concerts. We advise you book this online in advance at

www.decoaches.co.uk/event-shuttle-bus/ 

On Foot:

The stadium is approximately 30 minutes’ walk from the city. The best route on foot is via Longman Road to the access path adjacent to the malting which will be steward controlled, before continuing around underneath the Kessock Bridge to the stadium.

OTHER FAQ’S

Q:  What times do gates open?

A:  For the Andrea Bocelli concert on Friday 1st July 2022, Gates Open at 4pm. The following day for Duran Duran, Gates Open at 5pm.

 Q:  What time do the concerts begin?

A:  On Friday 1st July, Andrea Bocelli will take to the stage at approx. 7.30pm. We would advise all guests to be seated by 7pm. Please note there is no interval.

The following night, Saturday 2nd July, the concert begins at approx. 6.30pm. Again, we would advise people to arrive in plenty of time.

We expect both concerts will end at around 10.30pm. Please note that all timings may be subject to change on the day.

Q:  Are children allowed to attend?

A:  Yes. All attendees must have a purchased ticket. 

All children under the age of 16 are to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times. 

Q: Will there be security checks?

A: Yes. Please allow plenty time for security checks before entering the arena. Guests are responsible for the security of all personal belongings. 

Q: Are we allowed to bring food & drink?

A:  In accordance with licencing and our terms & conditions, no food or drinks should be brought in to the venue.  There is a food and beverage village with a variety of offerings on site, accessible once inside the stadium.  We operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy.

People with specific dietary needs for diabetes etc, please bring a note or medical ID and present this to the senior stewards at the event entrance.

Q: Can I bring my own umbrellas, tents & chairs

A: No, none of these items will be permitted. 

Q: Can I bring a bag?

A: We would advise guests not to bring bags with them, as all bags will be checked by security meaning longer queues at the gate. If you must bring a bag, these should be no bigger than an A4 piece of paper. If you require to being a bigger bag for medical reasons, you must inform us in advance.

Other items that will not be allowed in to the stadium include:

  • Bags that do not meet the bag policy
  • Umbrellas
  • Aluminium and glass drink containers, plastic bottles over 500ml
  • Alcohol
  • Food and drink
  • Pushchairs
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Weapons and tools
  • Flares, lasers, some devices and canisters
  • Large-bodied cameras and camcorders
  • Drones
  • Unauthorised musical instruments

Q: Will there be a cash accepted at the venue? 

A: No. All concessions will accept card payments only. Contactless payments will be available.

Q: Can I re-enter the venue? 

Ticket Holders who leave the venue will not be permitted to re-enter the venue

Q: Can smoke in the venue?

There will be designated smoking areas. Smoking is strictly not permitted out with these areas.

Q: Can I bring my camera?

A: No professional cameras, or cameras with zoom lens are allowed into the arena.

Q: If it rains, will the concert still go ahead?

A: Yes, concerts are only ever cancelled due to the weather conditions if conditions become dangerous.  The event is outdoors. You are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to protect against potential inclement weather.

Remember the Do’s: 

  • Do have your ticket with you at all times
  • Do arrive in good time prior to the commencement of the concert
  • Do allow ample time to take advantage of the toilet facilities
  • Do put any rubbish in bins provided for you
  • Do consider others when moving around the arena
  • Do give yourself plenty of time to get to the stadium
  • Do tune into local media for traffic updates

Remember the Dont’s:

  • Do not bring umbrellas into the arena
  • Do not bring drink or food from outside into the concert arena
  • Do not leave valuables on display in your vehicle
  • Do not bring folding chairs etc into the arena
  • Do not bring bags larger than A4 size into the concert arena

Please be aware that roads in and around Inverness are expected to be very busy on the day of the concert. You should allow plenty of time to travel to the Caledonian Stadium and make you way to the venue. 

The organisers or their partners cannot be held responsible for delays getting to the venue or getting out of the venue.
