Heart Research UK and SUBWAY® stores have launched a series of Family 5K events to raise money for their Healthy Heart Grants Scheme which will put funding back into the community for projects that promote heart health and reduce the risk of heart disease.

• 11 August, Bute Park, Cardiff
• 1 September, Mote Park, Maidstone
• 8 September, Ormeau Park, Belfast
• 29 September, Heaton Park, Manchester
In addition to the 5K fun run, participants will:
