The Board of Directors of ICTFC are pleased to acknowledge the recent statement issued by the Hospice which announced that their share-holding in ICTFC has now been purchased by three prominent Inverness based businessmen, namely Dougie McGilvray, Iain McGilvray and Alan Savage.
The Club sees this as a positive move, noting that both Dougie McGilvray and Alan Savage have previously served the Football Club in executive roles and that the Hospice and the Club are prominent community centred entities whose ethos have much in common.
The Board’s recent statement is consistent with the remarks made in the Hospice statement: “moving forward both on and off the pitch and playing a major part in the community”. It is with this in mind that the Board of ICTFC is committed to :-

- Implementing a sustainable business plan
- Strengthening leadership, governance and transparency
- Optimising resources for football
