Following on from the Chairman’s announcement yesterday regarding a reduction in season ticket prices, the following refund information is now available to anyone who had already renewed their season ticket before Tuesday 13th June.
If you bought a season ticket(s) with credit or debit cards – an automatic refund is being processed to the same card that was used to buy the ticket.
If you purchased via Zebra Finance – they will contact you directly to organise the change to the funded amounts.
If you paid in cash, cheque or voucher, then you are advised to come down to the ticket office and staff will process the refund.
The ticket office is open Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am – 2:00pm up until the renewal deadline of Saturday 1st July.
