ICTFC Boss John Robertson confirmed that defender Lewis Toshney is to miss one month of action after suffering an injury against Alloa at the weekend.

Robertson said: “He’s pulled his quad muscle, he did it in the first minute [against Alloa] and it is a real shame because he’d been showing some great form.”

“It’s just one of these things, he’s played a long ball, felt it immediately and went to move and it seems like it had pulled.”

“Lewis is going to be out for a month which is a blow to us, a blow to the player but we just have to get on with it. Other teams have had injuries and we’ve had major injuries to a lot of our players but we’ve had a reasonably strong squad to deal with it.”
