Alan Savage and James Stephen spoke to the media today following the news the club is to exit administration following the CVA being approved.

James Stephen, Malcolm Cohen and Shane Crooks of BDO LLP, 2 Atlantic Square, 31 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8NJ, were appointed Joint Administrators on 22 October 2024. The business and assets of the company are now managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the company, without personal liability. James Stephen is authorised to act as an insolvency practitioner in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Office holder number 9273. Malcolm Cohen is authorised to act as an insolvency practitioner in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Office holder number 6825. Shane Crooks is authorised to act as an insolvency practitioner in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Office holder number 15110.
