Match Preview: Ross County (A): (20/09/18)

Inverness Caledonian Thistle take on Ross County in the first Highland Derby of the season in Dingwall. The sides sit first and second in the Championship table, with the Caley Jags currently one point ahead of the Staggies.

The Manager: John Robertson

“Neither ourselves or Ross County want to be playing a Derby game in the Championship. I’ve always said, for the region, I didn’t want Ross County to come down. It’s important for the region that we have a presence in the Premiership, that’s why we didn’t want them down.”

“For the fans it’ll be exciting and a big occasion, they’ll be looking forward to it. They’ll be like the players, they’ll be nervous hoping for a positive result and from our perspective that’s what we want to give them.”
