The club can announce ICTWFC’s Women’s Scottish Gas Scottish Cup tie against Rangers WFC on Sunday 7th January 2024 will take place at The Caledonian Stadium, 1pm kick-off.
The match will be a brilliant occasion for Women’s football in the Highlands and the aim is for this match to be the highest attended women’s match in the region.
ICTWFC currently sit in 2nd place in the Scottish Women’s Championship. Rangers WFC currently sit top of the SWPL Premier League and were the SWPL Champions in 2021/22.
The sides will meet at the Caledonian Stadium on the weekend of Sunday January 7th, 1pm kick-off with full details to be confirmed in due course.
ICTWFC Manager Karen Mason said: “Draws don’t get much bigger than this, welcoming Rangers WFC once again to Inverness. It is the first time they will have visited since becoming full time professionals so we expect a very tough game.”
