The club is delighted to introduce a new way for small to medium sized highland businesses to invest in ICTFC to help us build for the next 25 years.
ICT25 Memberships cover a range benefits and price points and evolved back in October and November of 2019, when we held both our EGM and the public gathering at the Inverness Caley Thistle Social Club.
At both those meetings and at subsequent smaller meetings and presentations we held later, a number of individuals and business owners asked if we would look at some sort of ICTFC debenture scheme as they would like to be able to make a reasonable size of investment towards our future. We even had a small number of fans who did not own businesses state that they would be happy to commit something towards club finances.
A debenture was not seen as being possible or practical but we went on to design a membership scheme which could offer different levels of benefits depending on the price and with the ability to either pay up front, or spread the cost of a membership across the season or a period of months, whichever is most amenable to a prospective purchaser. There are 4 categories of ICT25 Membership available.
Entry level is £1,000 for Bronze, £2,500 for Silver, £5,000 for Gold and rising to £10,000 for Platinum. Each category comes with a range of benefits that deliver high value for the investment in your club. The ICT25 Memberships will raise additional funds to invest into the club and football dept to help towards ensuring promotion into the premiership and/or maintaining that status.
We have a minimum target of raising £100,000 per season. Members will receive a 10% promotion cash back bonus, or a 15% discount off renewal on a membership for next season. Should we win promotion to the Premiership at the end of this season, the same terms will apply for maintaining Premiership status next season. There will also be a referral bonus, graded from Bronze to Platinum, for every new Member who recommends a new Member to the ICT25.
Subject to which level of ICT25 Membership a business or individual purchases, benefits include just some of the following, match tickets, preferential ticket opportunities for club and stadium concerts and events, invitations to attend exclusive club events and other sporting evenings in Inverness, free lounge hire at Caledonian Stadium, exclusive ICT25 limited edition gifts, signed editions of the strictly limited ICT25 whisky, Lionel Nessie appearances at company/family events, hospitality tickets, Boardroom invites, advertising in the digital match programme, free Boardroom hire including refreshments, trackside advertising boards, Manager and Player personal appearances, a 4-ball team at the ICTFC Golf Day, signed and framed ICTFC Shirt, Official Club Partner Status, listing/advertising in the Main Club Reception, Youth Player Sponsorship and entry into the annual 1st Team Shorts Sponsorship Draw, won most recently by Harry Fairbairn BMW and Mini.
In the market research undertaken in the last few weeks and months, we have had very positive feedback and indeed, some of the companies and individuals we asked to give us feedback have now committed to purchasing the first ICT25’s.
