Inverness Caledonian Thistle’s skipper Gary Warren is to leave the club after 6 years of outstanding service.
His contract, which had one year to run, has been cancelled by mutual consent allowing him to find a new club.
From Bristol, Gary (33) joined ICT in July 2012 from Newport County and scored 19 goals for the club in 214 appearances.
Graham Rae, Chairman of ICT, said: “The Board of Directors would like to offer our sincere thanks to Gary for his outstanding service during his 6 years with us. His inspirational leadership and commitment have been greatly appreciated and made him a firm favourite with his team-mates and the fans. We wish him all the very best for the future.”
Gary added “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here in Inverness and have been part of a great set up. I have great memories of my time here and wish everyone at ICTFC, especially the fans, every success for the new season.”
