The Club is very happy to announce that Head Coach Billy Dodds signed a two year extension last week.
In his first full season as Head Coach at ICT, Billy led the team through a roller coaster season which ultimately saw us in a thrilling play-off run which only ended in heartbreak in the 2nd half of the Premiership Play-off Final in Perth.
Our second year under Billy saw the squad struck by unprecedented injury to almost the entire team, but once again culminated in a thrilling end to the season which saw us facing Premiership Champions Celtic in another historic Scottish Cup Final, the club’s 2nd in only 8 years. A heroic performance followed from the team which saw us in the game right up until the final minutes of injury time.
The new two year deal sees Billy contracted through to the summer of 2024/25. A full interview with the Head Coach will follow on ictfc.com
In other contract news, the club can also confirm that Steven Boyd and Ben Woods have now left the club, both players have been exemplary professionals. We’d like to thank Steven and Ben for their service, and we wish them all the very best in the future.
