Inverness Caledonian Thistle's opponents could be set to face Double Trouble with the club having completed their second signing in under 7 days. Estonian International, Tarmo Kink, has been added to the squad alongside another player with International experience, Edward Ofere, who has represented Nigeria.
Ofere set the bar for Kink after scoring on his debut against Motherwell at Fir Park last week, but the Estonian is not phased in the slightest and can't wait to show the fans what he has to offer as well.
Edward Ofere said of his first game: "It was a great game which we could have won, or taken a draw but we didn't. For me, I was quite excited with the goal and it could have been two but that will come some other time."
On training with the squad, he said : "It's been great. Working like this every day it's going to be fantastic, so for the rest of the time I'm going to be here hopefully it's going to be fun."
Tarmo Kink on signing : "I really hope that I can bring some positive energy, something extra for the team and for the fans. The lads, the gaffer and all the training staff have been very positive and that's made it easy to settle in "
On what the fans can expect from him: "I don't want to give any promises. I'll just try to give the maximum in every game and start to build things up, but I hope they don't need to wait too long until I'm scoring goals and making assists."
Chairman Kenny Cameron said: "I would like to thank the fans for their patience over the past few weeks. When Billy Mckay left for Wigan it took a little longer than expected for things to be finalised and unfortunately we just missed out on a replacement on deadline day. This changed our plans but we didn't want to put any undue pressure on the manager as he already had a fall back position moving Marley Watkins up front. This has been an inspired decision with Marley grabbing the goals and the other lads also finding the back of the net."
"John [Hughes] has taken his time to make sure he secured who he needed to bolster the squad. The additional time taken had the added benefit of allowing us to do the correct deals to bring in two new faces instead of just one."
"Edward [Ofere] has made an immediate impact with his goal last weekend and we are all excited to see what both he and Tarmo [Kink] have to offer. We all remain focussed and fully committed to a strong finish to the season."
