Eden Court and Caley Jags get a kick out of a double act
Two top venues for drama and entertainment in the Highlands are teaming up to offer customers a winning double.
Caley Thistle is delighted to enter a partnership with Eden Court Theatre in which each will help market the other's attractions.
Tabitha Walker, of the SPL club's commercial department, said: "This is a win-win for both teams. From our viewpoint, it is important that supporters can access tickets for our matches direct from Eden Court without having to travel to the stadium. This is extremely useful for people who live and work in or close to the city centre.
"The theatre thus gives us a city centre ticket outlet something our supporters have requested for some time.
"It also markets our matches to people who may have come to Inverness for the weekend to see a particular Eden Court show and who find convenient access to tickets for SPL action which might help influence them to come along and watch Terry Butcher's troops in action."
Club chairman Kenny Cameron said:"This is progressive cross-marketing initiative between two organisations whose role is to fill seats and give people value for money. For our part, we will be marketing Eden Court's programme of events and promoting upcoming shows in various ways to a football audience the theatre might not normally reach.
"It makes sense that Eden Court, the North's top theatre, and ourselves work ever more closely together and this is something we intend to build on."
